Quinn Ferguson, MS, CPT

Principal Consultant

Quinn Ferguson is a Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and a PSIA-AASI Certified Alpine Instructor, Children's Specialist, and Freestyle Specialist. Quinn completed his undergraduate degrees at Ithaca College where he double majored in Philosophy and Sport Studies. His Philosophy degree concentrated in Existentialism, a theoretical framework that informs Quinn's worldview and approach to performance. Sports Studies concerns the philosophical, historical, and social aspects of sport; this rounded background forged his evidence-based, holistic perspective of human behavior. Quinn is an avid learner and curious teacher who prioritizes the individual. 

Quinn lives in New Haven, Connecticut, with his girlfriend Olivia and their two cats, Milo and Usul. His second home is Ludlow, Vermont, where Quinn teaches skiing at Okemo Mountain Resort.

Mental Performance

Mental performance consulting includes customizable sessions centered around the client's desired goals. These sessions can be remote, in person, or even on site at the client's respective performance setting. It is a collaborative experience involving evidence-based mental skills training and personalized teaching methods to adhere to the unique characteristics of the client.
